A Missoni Affair

Saturday the 23rd of June 2012, saw Margherita Missoni, heir of the Missioni fashion dynasty, marry  Eugenio Amos. The breath taking bride was every inch the ethereal princess in a dress by Roman designer Giambattista Valli. The dress was a classical white with embroidered daises and billowing sleeves. A delicate tiara graced her head and mirrored the daisy wreaths worn by the bridesmaids.
An outdoor soiree followed with a simple lunch on the grass. Guests relaxed at little tables on Missoni cushions and mats.
I like Margherita’s fresh and simple approach to her wedding, something we may not have expected for the heir of such a magnificent brand, such as Missoni. It refreshing and makes me look forward to her working more within the company itself.
That’s all for now,
Love Dani,
xx
